About Fort 4 Autism

Fort 4 Autism is an IRS designated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was established in 2014 with three primary goals:

1.  Assist families affected by an autism diagnosis navigating the resources and services that are available to them in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area.

2. Raise funds in order to distribute grants to families in the community for autism related expenses.

3. Promote awareness about autism: how it affects the individual, the family, and the community.
