Reaching Out Loud, Inc. is focused on providing speech and language therapy services to those from infancy to adult. Customer satisfaction is very important and references are available upon request.

With a variety of therapy tools to offer, we have over thirty years of combined experience, most in the pediatric population.  Our personal philosophy is that; in order for success to be evident, trust must be earned.  With trust acquired, new things will emerge then confidence and success within the client will grow.  It is incredibly important that sessions be consistent and clients and/or families follow through with activities that are sent home.

Our office rooms allows us to utilize computer equipment, auditory feedback devices, different sensory input techniques, and traditional therapeutic tools.  We provide both structured and play based environments (with children), depending on the patient's needs.

Hand in Hand

Individual Therapy Services
Individual therapy is designed to provide one-on-one, goal specific, therapy based on the specific needs of your child.  Session times can range from 30-60 minutes depending on your child’s individualized treatment plan. As the child’s care giver you assist in creating and implementing the treatment. Caregivers are welcomed into the therapy session with their child.

Group Therapy Services
At Hand In Hand Therapy Specialists, we realize that "one therapy approach doesn't fit all".  For that reason, in addition to individual therapy, we offer the following summer group programs.

Social Language Groups  Social language groups offer a small group setting facilitated by a Speech Language Pathologist in which a child can generalize skills in a realistic environment.  Goals addressed may include appropriate eye contact, turn taking, asking and responding to questions and body language.  Groups typically consist of 3 or 4 children of similar age who share a need to improve appropriate social language use.  Groups are for 60 minutes and run for 5 weeks.

Language Enrichment Groups  These groups are designed for children ages 3-5. This program is facilitated by a Speech Language Pathologist and address children's speech, language and social development with peers.  Goals addressed include listening and following directions, sharing, turn-taking and interacting with peers.  Vocabulary and language use are also targeted.  Groups consist of 3-4 students for sessions of 90 minutes.  These groups run for 5 weeks.

HopeBridge

Some children only need help with language. Others have problems with the mechanics of speech. Hopebridge can assist with either disability.  Our speech therapists will work to find engaging activities that strengthen areas of weakness, such as understanding receptive language, using expressive language, and developing articulation, pitch, fluency and volume.

Speech therapy will be provided by a licensed speech-language pathologist or a speech-language pathology aid.  Therapists are assigned clients based on type of delay/disorder, schedule preference and other relevant factors to provide the best match possible between clients and therapists.  At Hopebridge, we are committed to providing your child with the highest level of service.  Our licensed therapists have experience working with a variety of diagnosis and conditions and participate in ongoing training and continuing education to ensure that we are offering the most current and innovative treatment approaches.

If your child is receiving multiple services, we will participate in team meetings to ensure that the multiple facets of your child’s care are coordinated. Quarterly staffing meetings will be conducted with all disciplines to address the individual needs of every client.  Quarterly Plan of Care (POC) reports are written by the therapist, which are then sent to the referring physician for signature and authorization to continue treatment.  These will also be given to you to keep in your Hopebridge Treatment Plan binder.
